Pollution, over-extraction, and habitat loss are pushing countless species toward extinction, from migratory birds to fish.
As your constituent, I see these impacts first-hand and ask you to support and fund critical freshwater programs, including voluntary, incentive-based Farm Bill conservation programs, and programs to help restore and protect the Rio Grande—for farmers, ranchers, and species that depend upon freshwater ecosystems.
